At RELead.io, we are committed to providing high-quality, accurate real estate leads. We understand that there may be instances where our customers require a refund or exchange. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand your rights and how to proceed with any refund requests.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Time Frame for Refund Requests:
    • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, if more than 7 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
  2. Criteria for Refunds:
    • To be eligible for a refund, the data we provided must be proven to be incorrect or invalid. This includes, but is not limited to, inaccurate contact information, non-existent properties, or incorrect property details.

Process for Requesting a Refund

  1. Submit a Refund Request:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team here with your order details and a detailed explanation of the issue. Our team will review your request and respond via email within 5 business days.
  2. Verification:
    • Upon receiving your refund request, we may require additional information to verify the issue with the provided leads. We appreciate your cooperation in this verification process.
  3. Refund Approval:
    • If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund was approved and you haven’t received the refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact our customer support team here.

Exchanges

  1. Lead Exchanges:
    • We only replace/exchange leads if they are proven to be invalid. If you are not satisfied with the leads you received, we offer the option to exchange them for new leads. This option is available within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. Please contact our customer support team here to initiate an exchange.

Payment Methods

  1. Accepted Payment Methods:
    • We accept payments via credit card, debit card, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed through our payment gateway.

Digital Products

  1. Nature of Digital Products:
    • All products sold on RELead.io are digital and delivered electronically. There are no physical items to be shipped or exchanged.
